In this episode of the podcast – 1 year on – we have decided to change the format. From now on, until you all tell us that the new format os a load of old rubbish and we go back to the old format, we’ll be doing the following things each week.
- Davis and Nathan discussion
- The ending thing / fact / info (we need a name)
We hope that this is okay with you all!
In this episode of the podcast we talk to Brent Weaver from uGurus. He’s an exceptionally thoughtful mentor for people who would like to see an upturn in their web design business.
uGurus has been going for many years and has helped loads of agencies both big and small to increase their fees. I guess that there is no magic sauce for this kind of thing, but what you’ll be gaining is the combined experience of people who have struggled through this problem before. We all know that trying to come up with your own answers to business problems can be possible,
but more often than not, you’re better off asking for help.
We learn about how the company got started, and how their offering has grown over the years to encompass uAcademy and uSummit – two different ways of finding answer.
We’ve decided to split this interview over two weeks so that it fits in with our new podcast structure. This week is all about the business and next week we get to find out a little bit more about Brent himself and what he does with his spare time, which puts me to shame!
