Combining Trello, Zapier and Gravity Forms with Jason Vance – Contribute #4

In this short video, WP Builds listener, Jason Vance shows us how he uses Trello for just about everything in his business and life.

He uses heaps of Trello boards to keep up to date with all of his projects, team and client interactions. So much so that it became difficult to keep on top of all the boards and tasks.

So, with a bit of Zapier magic he has set it up so that his boards all ‘report back’ to a few ‘parent boards’ which are his birds eye view of everything going on.

With this set up, he can keep the clients and projects in separate boards, but still be updated about their creation with an auto-created card from a Zapier ‘Zap’.

He also shows us how you can use Gravity Forms to immediately place cards into a board upon successful form submission. This has so many applications for website forms, it’s almost infinite in it’s scope.
